I hung out there all day while my car was being serviced. I partly stayed to get out of the heat from the outside weather. In doing so I a got vibe observation of your office. I found it to be a wonderful atmosphere feeling safe with all your employees being productive and engaging nicely with each other and customers. Miguel was outstanding in explaining everything in great detail in a warm kind and friendly professional manner. Chelsea also a very nice young lady kind & helpful. Freddy also very kind with funny sense of humor. It was a great all day visit. I wanna work there. HA !!

Jacob and the team were excellent to work with. He did a great job listening to my concerns about my vehicle and then he ensured everything I want looked at/done was completed. He set clear expectations about when the work would be completed and then he and the team exceeded them. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Clare was great. Very friendly and helpful. However, the service tech who did the inspection and oil change, installed the wrong oil filter. This will be the third time maintenance errors have occurred on my Shelby. The first error was putting the wrong oil in my engine, the second was when my off set tires were rotated from front to rear. I’m exasperated. I will call Monday to make arrangements for this to be corrected.
