The vehicle came for a standard service. After the serice we have issues with the front tyre and brakes. This is totally unacceptable. Issues that did not exist manifested after the service. Anand Nalla - ****-****-xxxx

Not Jacob’s fault, he told us what he was told by the technician. And that was that the broken part had been fixed, when it actually had not. It was still broken and rather than replacing it, they just screwed the broken one back in. It looks to us like some serious cya is in play here. Maybe the cost was going to come out of the tech’s pocket and that’s why he covered up the fact that it was broken. This makes us wonder how many other parts have been “fixed” like this. Our trust in Santa Margarita Ford is completely destroyed.

I spend a lot of money brining my car to the dealership for repairs and my expectation is to get my vehicle back with no issues. I was given my car back with a dead battery. The car was running when it was waiting for me and I noticed the clock was reset to 12:00 and when I got gas at the shell station across the street it was completely dead (makes me think they knew it was dead and hopefully the battery would recharge). Fredy did amazing job to get fixed right away, but I had to buy a new battery (another $250plus the $1600 I already paid). Then later in the day I learned that my windshield spray on the front and back window no longer are working. Again, this isn’t a Fredy issue, he’s great, he offered to look at it right away, but the back of the house really let me down. I bought this car at this dealership and had my last few services here.

Clare did an amazing job, was going to sell my Raptor and buy a Toyota(I have owned several Ford f-150’s), however as long as Clare is at Santa Margarita Ford I will have my truck serviced there.
