He always gives me options (without pressure) when it comes to servicing my vehicle. He is friendly and always remembers me. I know my vehicle is in good hands when I drop it off. I’m assuming the service tech checked my def level by scrolling through the quick view on the dash and it said ok but when I looked at the actual def gauge the level was down to a quarter tank and needed to be filled soon especially if I’m going to tow a trailer or go on a long trip. Other dealerships, Have left it at 3/4 full or full, and yes I do get charged for the top off of def but it save me another trip down to the dealership or on the rd when I get the 500 mile warning

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Sal. He was quick to send me text communication about the needs of the car and provide quick service updates. He also provided me options to help me make decisions quickly. Where I am concerned is that during my previous visit it was marked that my brakes were good in the green level. However, this time only about 10,000 miles later, the explorer required new rotors and brakes! I do not know how/why was missed during the previous service visit, but I was not expecting this and the obvious financial hit.

Don't send me a text that my car is ready to be picked up if it's not. I got 2 text messages that my car was ready. After waiting 20 minutes I wasctold it was waiting to get washed.
