Miguel was helpful. I’m a crabby dude by nature, but he was really nice even though I’m a curmudgeon. I’m happy to have the car fixed. Miguel is doing a great job representing your dealership.

$600 in labor for a engine mount that takes no longer than 1 hour to perform by a technician....that sure does seem like I got screwed by the dealership. Plus this is the second time I brought car in for this issue, , they initially miss dianoised it saying it was acatalytic converter making the noise $3500 quote to replace it.

I’ve noticed how busy this location has become and it’s great to see! The wait is definitely worth the customer service received!!! I made the mistake of going through a different service center and I will not do that again. Fredy is great at what he does and explains what is going on so you are fully aware. Thank you for taking care of my ride! And making me feel comfortable with who I am leaving it with :)

My car was returned with Drive Mode disabled. Not sure why it would be disabled after an oil change. Mistakes happen. But the solution was for me to make another appointment to fix the problem. Kelsey is great but I would hope she would advocate more for her customer. I would be happy to have as my advisor again. And it was better than last time when you lost my car.

I was called regarding an upsell change out the cabin air filter, and the engine air filter. Being told they were both bad and in need of replacement. In actuality the tech couldn't have looked at the filters because I just replaced them 5,000 mi ago. It is a good thing that I was involved with this transaction and not just my girlfriend. Or she would have been ripped off.
