Jacob wu was great. When I came to pick up my car they said it was coming, but never came to service area. I got cold so went back inside and was asked very quickly by service agents if I needed help. I told them that I was waiting for my car, saw it drive up and then turn around and drive away. Thought it was being washed. But it apparently was parked on the side of the building, thanks for not telling me. Another customer told me that he saw someone parking there. Walked over to get my car but no key so walked back to service desk to find key. Why did other customers get car washed and delivered to pick up area?
