Excellent customer service from Kelsey. Very polite and competent. I really appreciate the complimentary Uber/Lyft as well. All of my experiences with SM Ford have been superb. From sales to auto repairs and recalls. ??????????

Had an appointment today to have my truck serviced and a recall handled at Rancho Santa Margarita Ford. The staff of service advisors are totally professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I so recommend this dealership as they provide courtesy Uber or Lyft home and then back to pick up your vehicle and always wash it and have it ready when they say it will be. Salvador Preciado and Fredy Campos were stellar, and I appreciate their service with a smile attitude and quality service management. I am very pleased with the overall experience and appreciate the top-notch commitment to excellence!

RSM Ford is by far the most customer service friendly outfit bar none! I am over the moon with their excellent customer service! And Jacob Wu is fricking awesome. The guy not only is honest and incredibly transparent, but genuinely the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Same with their acquisition manager, Mike. And finance - incredible. Overall experience was good. When picking up vehicle too nearly 20 minutes after paying to car out of back area. Thought this was a little long.
