You all charge 3to 4x what is fair. I have bought 4 or 5 cars there and I will never step foot in your store again. You should be ashamed. I am calling Ford on Monday.

The only thing that **** is, nobody hustles out to greet you when you drive up. Every dealer before SMF the advisor would greet you in the drive. Toyota and Volvo both were there to welcome and accommodate you. When I walked in everyone was on the phone too busy to even say hello. As far as Jacob goes, he was great. Will return because if his professionalism. The tech forgot to reinstall a couple of screws and a glove box tray and I emailed Jacob to ask where the screws went. He responded quickly and was ready to have someone finish the job but I had already made it home. 16 miles south. He called and we figured out where the screws went. He then offered the next service NC because I shouldn’t have to finish the job. I was very stoked that he offered that. There are other dealers I can go to. For now I’m I going to stick with Jacob and SMF.
