The only thing is if someone listens to the radio, would appreciate if you would return to original station I listen, my rear view mirror in drivers side had to be readjusted also, service was good only took longer than estimated

Yes this time. It was a free oil change because of the last time I brought my truck in. Claire completely screwed up and I was so upset with her incompetence that I told the service manager I will never bring my truck there again. My bill was several thousand dollars. It was literally a joke the way it was handled. So unprofessional.

We took our car in for oil change. Asked about an update for the navigation system that I RECEIVED through the Ford app. Young lady helping didn’t know anything about it. She needed us to provide and email, but it was a message received thru ford app. How the heck are we supposed to keep up with navigation updates if the dealer doesn’t even know about them. Just frustrating. If Ford is sending me messages about updating my system the dealer showed have some information on it too to help customers.
