When I discovered my car battery was dead after being on vacation, I called and spoke to Fredy and he was a great help as always. Sal took care of my service when we finally charged the battery enough to drive it there. Very prompt service and my car was ready the first thing the next morning!!! Great service department! The only issue I had, and I would not necessarily have expected your service tech to catch this on a regular service, is that I later discovered that an after market sway bar link (Carli) had come apart and was loose. Otherwise, everything was as expected, and Clare was awesome as usual.

SM ford was great! But I am very disappointed in Ford Motor Co and the extended warranty company/process. The dealership was hamstrung by policy and bureaucracy, unable to make the decisions that that were in the best interest of the customer and customer experience. SM Ford supported me and assisted every step, but I’m disappointed Ford Motor Co does not have mechanisms in place for them to take care of their customers in situations outside of normal circumstances.
