I called and set up an appointment for a steering linkage damper issue. My truck was serviced for a latch recall so the work that I spoke to the operator about was never done. I now have to take my truck back again to have work done that I originally called for.

I like Duane a lot, always have. He goes above and beyond. I am happy with everything done at SM Ford, just disappointed with Ford for refusing to replace my rear taillight that gets moisture inside. Duane tried and even accepted pictures I had that showed water inside the sealed unit. While I happy with the service your team provided, I’m not happy with Ford and I hate to say it goes hand in hand with my level of satisfaction. I’ve been using SM Ford for years and have always had a great experience with your team, especially Duane. I’m just disappointed with corporate. Sorry if it hurts your stats, but it is part of the total experience. Sorry Duane.
