Miguel was up front on the timing it would take and what services he was able to complete and he did just that he got me in and out in a timely manner. I have to be honest I wasn’t gonna go back to SMFord based on my last two experiences there. But I decided to give SM Ford Service another shot and Miguel did an Outstanding Job !!! In regards to Miguel he goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.He is amazing and I am blessed to have in the whole time I’ve had my car. I’m currently reading a book called A culture of Service.by David E. Reed, it’s about creating customer service that Lasts. I’ve been a salesman all my life and am happy to find and see Miguel Stepping on up. I truly wish I had One??Miguel In all aspects of my life because that would be sweet. Extremely good service from entry to checkout with Miguel. I really enjoying coming to this dealership however I am just outside of your ride share limit so it makes it hard for me to continue to use this as my primary service center. I live in san Clemente.

I think, labour cost of replacing a fuel low pressure sensor was very high to the best of my knowledge. Apart from that, customer service was great by all means. Thanks alot
