Sal is so professional. He’s a great listener and inspires trust. I feel so lucky to have worked with him during my warrantee period because now that it’s done I have complete confidence about where to bring my car for maintenance and repairs. Very happy with Duane Litz. He was ready and waiting for me. My car was ready earlier than expected. When I picked it up a service man, sorry I do not remember his name. He was excellent and helped me out with some stuff in the car that I didn’t know how to work. I love my Ford escape and very happy with Santa Margarita Ford dealership. Kelly

Miguel was amazing. Very attentive and kept me up to date on my vehicle. I appreciate all of his time and hard work. I was running late when I picked up my car and he stayed past his work hours in order to make sure I was satisfied, and that everything was functioning the way that it should be. He definitely goes above and beyond what is required of him.
