My wife was driving the car home from the dealer and the bottom fell off. Obviously some bolts weren’t tightened back up properly. Now we have to deal with coming back and getting more repairs done on this car! Extremely unhappy!!!

Fredy and I have never worked together but I have to tell you he’s performed the best service call that I have had today and there were definitely some issues and some points of friction but not between he and I or the level of service that was provided. I am so incredibly happy with the way I was treated and I felt like I had somebody who was on my side who was working for my benefit and who did what needed to be done. I have been in positions were service often times blows off the questions or requests to review different items and I really felt like I got an extensive review which resulted in handling A pretty significant warranty issue that was previously not dealt with by multiple other service techs on previous visits. I look forward to coming back and working with Fredy And I’m very impressed and pleased with his professionalism and general communication

I was and still am a little concerned with.all the negative social media that the owner or GM has been involved with these last few days... We’ve purchased cars at both the Rancho Santa Margarita Ford dealership and Toyota Dealership and really did not like his responses to a customer that had been looking at a car for her son. I definitely will think twice about buying another car from your dealership

I was told my car will be washed after the service but I got it back dirty. I only noticed it when I got home.
