I take all my cars to RSM Ford for service, not just the Ford products. They are super easy to deal with, and in this very difficult financial time, understand that it’s important to delineate the difference between optional service and necessary service. The service reps at RSM Ford understand that better than any other experience I’ve ever had a dealership. Especially Duane, who is probably train most of the people there.

We have brought my sons mustang in to RSM 3 times now and been helped by Miguel twice. He is amazing. So friendly ...Very honest and professional. He is very patient as you explain what we feel is wrong as well as very thorough when discussing what needs to be done. We will only bring the mustang to RSM. Your service dept is top notch :)

Sal was great. However, I brought my car in because the rear camera isn’t working properly and when I brought my car home it still doesn’t work. Now I have to bring it back in this week. It’s really frustrating. Sal was really nice, though. It’s not his fault.

Duane always treats me like family. I trust that he will always recommend the best maintenance for my Ford. He always goes out of his way to keep me posted on any service or repairs taking place.
