Why would you schedule an all day appointment for a recall when you did not have the parts? Now I have to take more time off work to come back, IF I ever hear from you. Waste of my time so you can try to upsell me parts & services I don't want or need. Time to wake up & start treating your customers with some respect.

Miguel is the reason I had my car towed to RSM ford. I trusted Miguel to correctly diagnosis my hybrid issues which he and his technicians did a phenomenal job. And the best part is the options he gives me to fix the car. Giving me options earns my trust vs thinking I'm just getting my money taken. Miguel and all the technicians should be commended for the level of service I received on my latest visit.
