My car was ready hours before I showed up. I waited almost 20 minutes for them to pull up my car. Would be great to have the cars pulled up and ready to go for customers. I had to go back in and ask them to check on my car again and they were very kind. Thank you.

Nothing to do with the employees at Ford. But it took more than a half hour to wait for a return ride home from Uber. What happened to having your own courtesy car.

Overall the service was good. Sal took good care of me. My only complaint is that I expected to pick up my car washed. I came out to get my car and I mentioned it to the guy that brought it out and he goes no we don’t wash it un less we get an OK to do it first because some people don’t like their cars washed. I don’t think I was asked whether I want it washed or not

I talked to a younger salesman with a beard today about the racer boy Focus RS out front and also how to order a Transit 250 AWD ecoboost. I believe his name was “Micah” but could be wrong. He was a good employee as well as Freddy. The service on my Focus was perfect thank you.

It took 40 minutes to pick up my car. The work was done 4 hours prior. It was like they lost the vehicle. They had to look at my receipt multiple times. No explanation or apology for the long wait.

I have taken my ford vehicle to near by ford dealership in my area. However, no one delivers great service like Rancho Santa Margarita Ford dealership.

Let me be clear I was not completely satisfied. My main dissatisfaction is that when the service people stated to me that my service would cost $600 I understood that to be the total, when I picked up my vehicle my bill was almost $200 higher due to the 4 wheel alignment performed. I thought that was part of the total $600. Apparently was not and when I finally realized that it was to late, service was already completely. I am not happy about that at all! Thank you Mr. Mendoza
