I want to thank Service Advisor Miguel Aparicio for his professionalism and dedication to his job. Our Ford Edge needed a purge valve and the cost for completing the job was $700. When we purchased the vehicle we had also purchased a service contract with Partners Administrative Service (which we had forgotten about until we looked at our contract). Miguel took the time to investigate and found out that they would cover the cost of the purge valve—less $100. We can’t thank him enough for saving us $600. He is always patient, friendly and willing to accommodate our every need. He is the reason we trust our vehicle with Santa Margarita Ford. Thank you, Miguel.

If I knew ford was unable to service my ford, I would have started taking it elsewhere 13 years ago after the warranty expired. I’ve been a customer since 2008. Duane Litz was always polite and helpful. Fredy Campos tried. But my car had to be taken in for service 4 times in 3 weeks. And after telling me ford discontinued my catalytic converter so it couldn’t be serviced Fredy promised VIP return service to my home. After 2 hours of waiting I checked in. He then said that they couldn’t. Instead of getting back to me or taking care of it first thing the next day, I contacted the service department to speck with a manager. Andrew asked why and then proceeded to get my unserviced car driven back to my house for me promptly.

Your service advisors are great but I never receive discount mailers from Santa Margarita Ford. This is why I take my car to Tittle Click in San Juan Capistrano. They always send me flyers!
