Clare was a pleasure to deal with but I wonder if the mechanics who worked on my vehicle actually did any work. After being told the exhaust tips are not adjustable, or being referred to the dealer I purchased the truck from (which is in Ohio), I ended up fixing it myself. The exhaust is adjustable. I realize the cosmetic problem is the responsibility of the selling dealer and should be corrected during PDI. After 90-days, I guess Ford won't reimburse the dealership for such adjustments which may explain why it was addressed. Also the car wash didn't clean the back of the truck (bed cover). I took care of that myself as well. Again, Clare was a pleasure to work with but I have some doubts about the people tasked with fixing and washing cars. I would expect Ford 36K mile, 3 year bumper to bumper warranty would cover these types of problems but apparently not.

Sal was fine but when I picked up my car I drove off and noticed something was wrong. Apparently your mechanic did not tighten the lug nuts on my tires. Luckily I noticed it before I went out into traffic. Could have been a major issue.

Clare was so incredibly helpful and a sweetheart a pleasure to work with!!! She is the reason I keep going back for service there. She truly needs to be a manager and a promotion and you cant find genuine people like her anymore !!! She knows how to treat a customer and her customer deuce skills are impeccable . My car was great and your service techs also did a great job!

Clare was absolutely amazing at all parts of her job from the beginning to end. I used to go to Capistrano Ford and will now be taking my car to Clare for all future services and inquiries. Could not have asked for a better experience!
