I appreciate the prompt service. Recall item was resolved, instrument cluster was replaced and oil change / service was completed and my vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up.

Miguel is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We have 5 cars, and 1 of them is the Ford Explorer. Honestly, I wish ALL of our other makes/models could be managed for service by Miguel.
