I was charged $66 to top off my DEF with $14 worth of fluid. I appreciate the complimentary car wash, but my truck was so filthy after the wash that it would have been better not to wash it at all!

I never received a personal call from my service advisor, only text messages which some came across rude and sarcastic. Maybe she was having an off day, but her comments made me and my experience with this service interaction feel undervalued, unappreciated, frustration & annoyance.

He was very thorough and meticulous with handling my car . I feel very confident and comfortable that I can trust this dealership . I live in Huntington but my parents live locally so that’s why I ended up going here. Very happy I did. I wish I lived closer because this was an amazing experience. Can’t say enough good things

Dropped of my vehicle over night per the email agreement with rep, I followed up the next day around 2pm and I was told that the person in charge of getting the keys from the lock box didn’t do if causing my vehicle to be kept for another day.
