I had my car serviced on Friday and they were not able to finish in the timeframe I was given. I said I would pick up on Saturday but did not receive a courtesy call telling me the service dept. closes at 4:30 and that they could leave the car up front to pick up and the key with sales. I went to pick it up and the service dept. was closed and there was no way for me to get my car. So now I have to wait until Monday and don’t have the car for the weekend. I am extremely frustrated! We have purchased quite a few cars from that location and had good service with sales. I will rethink our future purchases due to this lack of customer service. Interesting how I am not able to retrieve the car I own until service is back on Monday. No car for the weekend is quite upsetting! I assume I will be compensated in some way for this unbelievable experience.

I picked up the car and on the way home there was a buzzer going off of course it was about 530 6 o’clock. I called back to tell him that the buzzer was going off. She said she would pass it on to the service riders and they would call me. They never did call me, also the back up warning device that’s in the fender it’s not working now. I think they did the best job they could and getting the grease off everything. Thank you. Look forward to hearing from you or the service writer.

Miguel is awesome! We encountered more challenging issues due to the age of my vehicle and he took extra efforts to find the right parts and arrange the repairs. Throughout the process, Miguel reached out to inform me of each milestone and I felt assured each step of the way. My vehicle was also returned to me in clean and immaculate condition. I am very grateful to Miguel for all of his help!!

Service advisor lied about my tire pressure being on and that air was added and that the pressure light came on again. He said a nail in the tire was causing it and that it was too close to the sidewall to repair so I had to replace the tire. I told him I’ll take it elsewhere. I took it to a tire repair shop and the repairman took out the nail to show me that it was so small that it didn’t even pierce the tire and that the tire isn’t losing air. So essentially the service advisor made that all up to sell me a tire I don’t need. Not a good look for Santa Margarita ford since this is the first time I brought the vehicle in for an oil change. I’ve lost trust in the dealership and will probably not be back for any service. Also I was handed the vehicle back dirty while everyone else who had their vehicles serviced had their cars washed. Why? Because I didn’t fall for his lie and he couldn’t profit off of it. Completely satisfied? Far from it, completely disappointed more like it.
