They kept my car because they lost power and they wouldn’t go to a charging station for 20 mins to put the car at an expectable level . They said that they would leave it on the 110 wall plug. They didn’t have to go cross town they only had to go 2 stop lights to Target to charge the car.if you think about it , it’s the little things that make customer satisfied. Also they had my car all day and until 2pm the next day, I had call at 2 and they didn’t have time detailed a new car...

Freddy assisted me with not the best customer service. I have been getting my truck serviced at Santa Margarita Ford since I purchased my F150 there and always had great service until Freddy helped me this last time. He was very unclear and rude and it seemed in a rush helping me and I had an appointment and it looked as if he was not considering the fact. I had an 8 year old and a newborn with me and had to wait for hours with any updates. He didn’t even tell me what my truck was in need of, instead I had to ask him.

Sal is awesome! He does his best to help and he listens when you explain things or ask him questions. If he doesn't have an answer he will find it for you. Thank you for doing a great job!

My report identified a number of things needing repair/attention, yet I was told my car was ready to go. Don’t know why I was not informed so I could have authorized the work? I now need to schedule a follow up appointment. Otherwise very happy w warranty, oil change and complimentary wash.

Always a pleasure knowing my car is in good hands at your dealership. I really appreciate that. I'm a mechanic on personal aircraft. It makes a customer feel comfortable that his car,plane boat etc is with people that care. .
