Fredy has worked with pretty significant issues with my truck on two separate occasions now and I’ve gotta say.. he is hands down the best service advisor I’ve worked with. We aren’t in easy times and he navigates the problem in a way that’s fair for Ford and sensitive to the client’s needs as well and it’s really been a real pleasure. Between him and Robby in sales ... y’all will keep my business.
