I will be pleased to answer Not totally comfortable with car needed a replacement transmission in 31 k miles I was a master technician and Independent Mercedes repair facility w 6000 feet shop and 8 bays so this repair breakdown bothers me. And my lease is up in a few month and this could reflect on what my next lease car brand will be Sincerely Conrad

The car recall was completed to my satisfaction but dropping off my car at night was unacceptable. I let the scheduler know I would Be dropping my car at night and the gates were locked. Your message says someone is on the premises until 8 pm. I arrived at 7:40 to locked gates with no directions as to where to leave my car. The live chat was no help whatsoever. After purchasing three cars at your dealership I will no longer give you my business.

The service was great. They fixed the problem I took the truck in for but now the automatic window on the drivers side doesn’t work. It worked when I took it in. Now I have to make another appointment for a truck with less than 10,000 miles
