Service costs were more than 30% higher than I paid 6 months ago. Car wash was offered but later I was pusuaded to not get it done. Pickup & drop off was great.

I was told by the service person on the phone as well as the service person who greeted me that it would not be more than a couple of hours and my appointment was at 8:30. I wasn't able to pick it up until almost 1:00.

Miguel Aparicio was very very good. All the staff I encountered were very friendly the work done to my car was 5 star. The only reason for saying no was the critical issue with my co pilot 360 adaptive cruise control not working properly could not be figured out by your technicians. I can’t imagine all Ford adaptive cruise controls work like mine, if that was the case there would be many complaints and possibly accidents. I am currently trying to research the issue on my own.

Miguel is always super helpful and responsive and takes time to explain things when I have questions. He takes the time to try and troubleshoot issues and walks me through features on my truck whenever something has come up. Need more staff like him! ????????
