Very satisfy with the customer service rep Sal. He kept well informed and communication over a 2 day repair stay was great. However after picking up and driving home had transmission problem continue. Return car for service next day.

Representative made me feel vehicle problems were my fault. This is a company vehicle and i am required to maintain at the highest level. This vehicle has been in shop for more that 20 days and he made me feel as though it was my fault. A vehicle with only 70k should not need to be repaired that much. Thank you for confirming that Ford doesn’t care about the quality of their cars.

I feel that I am being over charged for vehicle repairs. I get a sense that the service agent is not acting in my best interest and is making the work seem bigger than it is. I have had third party repair companies charge a fraction for the same work I was quoted. Ford pricing is not market related or the sales person is just trying to exploit customers.
