Fredy was completely professional with me. I had only one minor issue with the service. But my concern started the morning of my appointment. I texted back and forth with someone at SMFord and scheduled an appointment for 8/16 at 7:30am. When I showed up, Fredy greeted me and asked how he could help. I told him I had a 7:30am appointment but I wasn’t sure with who. He searched the system and told me that my name wasn’t in the system. I showed him the texts on my phone that someone at SMFord had scheduled me in. He took a picture of the texts and said he’d talk to someone because this wasn’t the first time this happened. At that point, I felt that the rest of my experience at SMFord wasn’t going to go very smoothly. The minor issue I experienced with Fredy was that my truck wasn’t washed when I picked it up from service. Also, I didn’t receive a multi point inspection report of my truck.

Tuttle click Ford is 1.5 miles from my house Rancho Santa Margita Ford is 9 miles from my house, need I say more. I come from the service industry I'll be going to RSM Ford forthe foreseeable future.

Duane did a great job and was extremely professional. The problem is Ford did not provide a loaner car. I love my Ford Explorer, but after this experience, I will probably sell it. The transmission failed and my wife would not drive in the car because of the exhaust smell. I understand the pandemic made things challenging. The repair took weeks. I had to get rides to work, rent a car, and drove with my engine light on. Either way the car is fixed, Ford did not charge me anything and for that I’m grateful. If have some anxiety about the dependability of the car, but time will tell. Again Duane Litz did a great job. Thanks Joe Hoffman

Miguel was amazing the only thing I thought was wrong was why should I have to pay anything on a rental car. Even though it was only tax and three dollars a day it’s still should’ve been paid by you guys and not me.
