I was disappointed. I checked my car in at 7:50 am. It wasn’t even looked at until the afternoon. I finally got to pick it up close to 3 pm. This turned out to be for an oil change and inspection.

Freddy made my appointment go very smoothly. I had an appointment for 10 am. He immediately did the intake, had the problem diagnosed, contacted the extended warranty co. I was in and out within 2 hrs . Including a car wash. Good job Santa Margarita Ford team!
