My oil change was great, but the grease stain on my driver's seat from your service crew was an unexpected dilemma. After I saw it I let the staff know and they tried to get it out,, but I still have a stain. Maybe it can be looked at again.

It took 5 hours for the service to be done which I thought was excessive. Usually it’s about an hour or so.
