Sal is an absolute pleasure to work with. He always very kind and accommodating to what I need. He works incredibly hard to see that my vehicle is taken care of with the utmost care. I cannot say enough good things about Sal. No matter the problem my vehicle gives me I can always count on Sal to be transparent with the issues and to always offer solutions.

I was attended to immediately and all my concerns were addressed in a friendly manner. I was kept in contact with my service person, Freddie and updated on my car‘s needs throughout the day. I especially liked having my car washed - which was the cherry on top.

Freddy Campos was wonderful! He arranged for my dent repair right on schedule and coordinated with the dent repair person to come in at the exact appointment time. My repair was performed while we waited in the lobby and we were ready to leave in only an hour and fifteen minutes! Defy also negotiated with the insurance company to cover the whole repair!!! Fredy is an amazing asset to Santa Margarita Ford and his manager should be notified as to what a wonderful customer service agent he is! Thank you Fredy for such a pleasant experience! Jerry A
