Sal and the staff at RSM Ford could not have been better. They let me know what was happening every step of the way. Sal was very nice and professional. The manager of service was nice. I am dissatisfied with Ford for keeping my car for a month to get a part that was defective and made my car inoperable. This was in no way RSM Fords fault, I could have taken it to and dealer that would also not have been able to get the part for my transmission.

I’ve been working with Duane since 2004. Quite frankly, in the world today customer service has been set aside. Duane has always gone the extra mile with his service to his customers I have referred many people to work with Duane at Santa Margarita Ford.
