Only thing that bugged me and it was out of his control was why didn’t you guys take care of my rear brakes when it was covered by the 100,000 mile service I purchased when bought my truck? I would think that some where before 100,000 miles they would have needed to be replaced??? I always have gone with your recommendation since we moved to RSM and you became my dealer. Thanks for letting me vent. I honestly feel it was over looked or intentional.

I needed a new tire and you were out of stock. I had to take work off and go to another store to replace the tire. It did not help that they shared with me four other customers got a tire but they ran out of them for me.

As usual the service here was great Duane always takes great care to tell me what is getting done. Communication is outstanding! Bob worked on the car and the work was perfect. I have never had such great service as I have had at RSM Ford. Always a pleasure working with Duane and Bob.

Your service guy Duane Litz is an absolute stud. Great guy who always gives you straight answers and helps you with whatever you need. I have always requested him with my vehicles for last 20 years. Just a great dude. Represents your company well!

Twice in past 30 days left truck at SM Ford to diagnose wet carpet issue. 1st time paid $186 and was told problem was fixed. Checked carpet week later and was wet again. Brought truck back and as told not leaking but likely residual moisture from earlier issue. I then completely dried out the carpet. Today the carpet is soaking wet again & smells of mildew.

There were black smudges all over the console and some on the seat. The window sticker wasn't changed from the oil Thanks
