I had my remote start removed from my truck without my knowledge or my consent and a new remote system with remote installed without my knowledge or my consent. I was then charged for this service. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and contacting the Bureau of Auto Repair unless this can be resolved amicably. This is not the service I was expecting from Ford.

I am very particular with my vehicles & after dealing with Miguel I know I can trust him to take care of my truck. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, personable & had great customer service. Because of my experience with Miguel I will continue to bring my truck to RSMF & when it comes time to purchase my wife a Ford Expedition she wants I’ll be getting it from RSMF. Thank you Miguel !
