I dropped off my car at 8am for an oil change and my one request was to have it back before 2:30 so I could pick up my kids from school. At 2:15 Miguel told me that my car still hadn’t gotten serviced and that he apologized bc another red Explorer got mixed up with mine. He then said that he could have two technicians complete my car within 15 min (otherwise I’d need to bring it back another day), so I agreed. I didn’t get out of there until almost 3pm and was late picking up my kids. This is now the second time (in a row) this kind of situation has occurred with my service at this location. I understand things happen, but I’ve had a few bad experiences in a row here and honestly not sure I will be returning in the future.

Sal was so nice and really trying to make right what had been done. He didn't deserve to hear my rant. It had nothing to do with him but he's still trying to make it right. That said, I'm still upset. We'll see what he can do.
