Good communication by Miguel, he was very personable and helpful. He always returned my phone calls and he was available, This was my first visit after moving from Houston. Miguel was my service person and I appreciate that he kept me informed about the progress on my vehicle. Although the repair took 4 weeks, not happy about it, it was done very Courteous and with a good service.

I requested that the sticker be removed from my windshield and two license plate holders. Neither one was done but my car was washed and it looked beautiful!! I still love Santa Margarita Ford!!
