My wife was not given the key when she picked up the car. I had to go back the next morning to get it. The radio antenna was not reinstalled and was on passenger seat when she picked up the car.

Sal at the service desk is awesome. Very professional. The tech who worked on my truck did not do their job properly. I had to go back to a the service center to get my truck reevaluated after hearing a distinct noise coming out of the truck. This noise would have been heard if the tech took the truck out for a test run. After reevaluating the truck, they found that the EVAP line was not connected to the CAC outlet pipe. This is a lousy and lazy job by the tech. I’m very disappointed. The truck should be looked at carefully after a job is done to make sure all lines are in place. Would be a disaster if an essential piece was not put back properly. I’m very hesitant to bring my truck back.
