Whenever we drive to California for family or to escape the winter. I always stop at Santa Margarita Ford for a oil change and inspection. I have never experience anything but the best.

My car is still the same ... today I received it and stayed in the middle of the road ... I called the representative twice and he never answered me ... at this moment my car does not work ... I will wait until tomorrow to let a tow truck take you to the dealer

Duane was fantastic! He helped my daughter with her tire issue and checked all other tires and told her she needed all tires replaced. He showed her how low the tread was and explained the best options. He was very helpful! She was very comfortable.

The only issue I had is that I asked if they can check my alignment and I was told it was complimentary. There was nothing on my paperwork stating it was checked. Also when I made my appointment, I was told that I had a recall to check my roof rack. I have no idea if they checked it because again, it didn’t state anything on my paperwork. Before when I had a recall in the past, it was listed.
