Miguel went above and beyond to help address the issue with the Uber driver not picking my up. Miguel quickly rebooked a ride with Lift. He went on to provide his personal cell number and ask me to call once in the Lift car to ensure I had a ride and was able to pick-up my car. Well done!!!
