I feel that my torque converter should have been done under Ford warranty. This tells me Ford has bad quality abd when it comes time for me to get a new car it won't be Ford,GM or Chrysler. I will buy a Toyota or Honda. Ford can't last more than 100,000 miles. That is poor quality. My previous Toyota lasted 230,000 problem free miles! My Ford already had a new engine at 70,000 miles! That was covered under warranty. Sad to say it but I am pro-Amwrucan but Ford quality is not to Japanese quality. No more Ford products for me.

Sal was great. the issue just wasn’t able to be pinpointed and I completely understand and I’m happy to bring it back during the week when another technician can look into more depth. I’d rather my radio fixed correctly. I’m still hopeful. Thank you!

Duane was helpful and explained all that needed to be done, as well as keeping me informed of the progress! He did not sugar coat the wait time and offered a Lift! I have a service dog so we walked the trail, had Starbucks, visited Lowes and waited! We are 110% satisfied with RSM Ford.
