My passenger headlight was replaced due to peeling clear coat. Now that headlight does not aim the same as the factory drivers headlight, the beam bounces over bumps, and actually raises and lowers just by touching the gas and brake pedal. I will call tomorrow to get another new headlight.

Sal went above and beond my expectations. Firstand formost he didn't try to "UP SALE ME" WHERE HE COULD OF,NOT SAYING HE MISSED SALE . YOUR TECH HAD NOTED WINDSHIELD WIPERS FRONT AND REAR SHOULD BE REPACED.SAL DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME WIPER BLADES.THE GUY ROCK SOLID LAST NOTE PER HIS SUGGESTION I PURCHASED MY REPLACEMENT BLADES IN PARTS DEPARTMENT HE REPLACED FOR ME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE IT3THE LITTLE THINGS LIKE THIS I WILL BE COMING BACK ! THANKS SAL

The customer service delivered by Miguel was out of this world. He LISTENED to me. He took the time to address all my concerns and educated me on solutions. He had great follow up on the status of repairs and just over all knocked it out of the park. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sal as well. Super friendly, polite and courteous. There was another lady I spoke with too but her name escapes me. She was warm, relatable, caring and solution focused. This is a great group of people! Get them raises!

Duane Litz is an excellent Service Manager! I have brought my other vehicle, a 2010 Ford Edge to RSM Ford prior but it is nice to have a personal relationship with my service advisor. I am going to schedule all of my oil changes & other maintenance issues with Duane Litz from here out. He represents RSM Ford & the Ford vehicle product in a very professional & knowledgeable manner. Not a big deal...but in the past, my truck would be washed and always looked good when I picked it up. The last service, when I picked up my truck, it was wet, wheels and tires filthy, grease all over the driver's door sill, and water spots all over the windows. Not nearly the level of attention I used to get. Other than that, the services performed seems satisfactory.
