Once again they delivered it back unwashed. This happens every-time my 18 year old brings it in. He also did not get the 10% discount from our coupon. The charge was over 100.- for an oil change…

Ask me if I wanted a car wash with the service and recall work. I replied yes. The car was at dealership from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Car was not washed. Very disappointed in the service. People were all very nice. I live 5 miles from Ford dealer in San Juan. Will not use SM fro service work in the future.

This was the second time that I took in my vehicle for a blue screen one in reverse. I get home and the issue has not been fixed and now I have to go back a third time to see if this can get fixed. Not happy with the fact that going in 2 times I would’ve figured that there would’ve been every intent to make sure the issue was fixed and not get it working and send me on my way.
