The service was fine. Fredy was really helpful. But this is the third time in a row where the car wasn’t washed. Obviously, a first world problem but it is irritating to have to request that it be done and then wait. Thanks!

I was told by Fredy it was going to be an hour maybe an hour and a half for an oil change. However, it ended up being 2 1/2 hour wait. After waiting, I asked about my car I was told “oh it’s ready“ Seriously!? I sat outside waiting when my car was done. I was told, “we’ve been really busy!” I’m not sure why it takes 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and then it was an additional 20 minutes waiting for the car wash. Almost three hours spent there.

Will answer the survey and it will be favorable SMFhas always done a great job of keeping my Fords Serviced or repaired properly even when I owned The 6.0 liter diesel that was a piece of crap. Duane Litz and his crew are great people to deal with.
