I came in with a handful of issues left with zero resolution to any of them. Mostly they were dismissed is not able to be reproduced, and one was supposedly fixed. The one that was supposed to have been fixed occur 10 minutes into my drive home from the dealership along with one other. This is only my first time coming back for service after the first time when I had to have my brand new truck towed in. I was told that the issue at that time was also not reproducible, despite the truck throwing tons of warnings and me having those warnings in FordPass . I drove the truck home and the very next morning all the warnings were back and the truck had to be towed again. It seems that little to no effort is made to identify a problem, and customer concerns are simply dismissed.

Duane at Santa Margarita Ford has been my go to serve guy for about 4-5 years, he is always fair and up front with his recommendations for my vehicle. He has never tried to sell me something that I don’t need. I would recommend him to anyone.

Car took to long to find out in what is wrong with it to many times already. Ford can’t admit it is a manufacturer problems and still want to go around it by fixing the problem item by item while client suffer by not having the truck with him. Service personnel is fine and good Miguel was in top of it and with good communication it is Ford with who I’m not happy with.
