I appreciate that Salvador was able to get my vehicle in for service even when I had accidentally brought it in a day early. It was a busy morning in the service department and he took great care of me. Everyone that has helped me in service has been great!

Apparently our Ford Edge’s catalytic converter went bad (even though they’re supposed to last the lifetime of the vehicle - we’ve owned 7 Fords and have never had to replace one). We were quoted $2,100 for this work. Even though I prefer to have Ford trained mechanics work on our Fords I am going to have to take it to another mechanic that is more reasonable.

Freddy Campos is a pleasure to work with! As soon as I arrived at service area; he spotted me a noticed I walk with a cane. He told me to sit on the bench and he brought out the paperwork for me to go over. Then he took my credit card in and brought me back the receipt. I forgot to mention he installed my rear wiper blade which I had in the car. He said no problem and did it! Freddy is a great person!

Miguel has excellent time management skills. The Service Department was busy today. I waited for my car and had continual updates from Miguel on the status. I watched as he flawlessly and patiently processed customers both in-house and on the phone.
