Fredy is the man. He listened to my concerns and gave me realistic scheduling expectations. He even jumped in the truck with me to listen to an issue that I was hearing with the truck. I will be coming back for all my service needs even though this is not the closest dealer to me.

The tail lights in my truck were inoperable, I was asked for $190 diagnostic, to which I agreed , I then received a phone call asking for an additional $570 for diagnostic once again , stating the same findings that I had shared with the service advisor going in .. I am very familiar with the tools that are required to isolate the issue ( IDS ) and felt that I was being taken advantage off .. I live in Dana Point and by passed two dealerships to get to you .. Simply because I felt that your customer service and fairness were best .. obviously I’m very disappointed in how I was treated .. To quote “ we need another $570 before we start tearing into things “ !! There might have been a different approach , perhaps …

$40 is a little high to patch a tire only when I just dropped the wheel off. I trust your work but… I would have expected you to do everything for that price.

You guys always do a great job. Just one thing for you. I called to see if my truck was ready for pick up and girl the said yes then asked me if I would like it washed she said no charge but when I picked up my truck it wasn’t washed. It’s not a deal changer for me just FYI. Just wanted you to know for your other customers in the future. Not a good way to finish up. Thanks.

Freddy was very helpful. He’s a good guy. But honestly I think you folks lied to me about needed services to throw parts at a simpler problem. Not to mention your tech couldn’t have done a thorough walk through of my vehicle and marked things green that I know are faulty for a reason. No matter. Thanks for asking. No harm, no foul. Just not cool.
