The tire I had repaired recently was mounted with the white lettering on the incorrect side of the wheel so I had to return and have it installed correctly. Salvador got it handled while I waited. An oversight by the tech which should have been noticed.

Freddy was extremely helpful and very professional.. Rather than weight for the servicing he ordered a Uber to take me home… Unfortunately I left my phone in the Uber csr…I was a bit panicked when the driver left. I called Freddy and put me at ease. He said no problem… He was able to get ahold of the driver and I had my phone back within a couple of hours….Freddy was very pleasant and a great representative for your company….

For the most part we are very satisfied. Sal, Kelsey, and Brandon were wonderful and very accommodating. We were just disappointed to find the driver’s door was left with black smudges/dirt. I’m assuming that was from a technician or porter. An oversight that should not have happened and I’m glad i have the opportunity here to let you know. I have a picture if you are interested. My car had an expected engine light on again. First time it completely lost power and stopped on the middle of the street. This recent engine light suddenly turned on again while accelerating. The engine light lasted for two days then it disappeared by the time i had to take the car in for checking the cause of the engine light activating. Checkup and service was done. Picked up vehicle an after 10 miles warning message came on “Overheat Engine”. Lost all coolant fluid.
