I scheduled to have my grill scratch repaired that was damaged prior to purchase of a brand new F150. After taking a day off work to drive 1.5hrs I was informed that it was “to windy” to repair and they would have to keep it for 4 days. Totally unacceptable as an auto dealership that is selling vehicles over MSRP. Not to mention that is was charged a paint protection package that was nonnegotiable and they ignored an 18” scratch of the front and decided to give it to me anyway in hopes that I wouldn’t notice. After arriving home with my truck unfixed, they told me they did not sand out the scratch but they absolutely did. Now I’m left with a very visible scratch that is more obvious now due to taking off the clear coat in that area. When you give a dealership your business, pay over msrp you expect a certain quality in customer service but time and again this dealership has failed to live to up to a decent expectation. Love my Ford, hate working with dealerships. Order what you want online.

Your team has poor greeting skills and communication on how process works. I waited near car at drop off no one greeted me then was finally told to go inside for service. When inside was ignored until I initiated contact which is 101 customer service. Otherwise the service was ok other than they did not fix back up camera blue screen recall????

My invoice was incorrect at first. Oil change and windshield wipers was over $400 . He saw the problem and corrected it.

Miguel is awesome and it was not his fault. However the parts Ford needs to fix my truck or on back order & not sure when they are coming in so did not get truck fixed today and need to bring it back in at another time.
