Clare is a great service advisor. She is one of the best advisors I have dealt with. She is knowledgeable, personable and professional. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Clare is definitely management material and I would love to see her manage the service department, that would definitely be a plus for Ford.

Jacob and the entire team could not have been more professional and accommodating. You all make the service process so smooth- from the scheduling to the lift ride home to vehicle pickup. Claire was very helpful in explaining how my challenge with the seat in my Explorer lined up with a service bulletin. Having the part in stock meant Claire could get me my vehicle back in just a half a day. I would recommend Claire as a service writer to any Ford owner.

My service rep was courteous and helpful. Very responsive. The technician’s pricing estimate for seat connector repair was way off. I had the repair done elsewhere for 75% less than RSM estimate, and it was done in 1/3 of the estimated time same day. RSM quote a need to wait 4-5 days to get parts. This makes me question the quality of the other warranty review that was done on the vehicle. I don’t expect I will return to this dealer or recommend this dealer to other ford owners.
