Fredy i want to thank you for the way you treat people I really appreciate your kindness and good vibes and care for sure I’ll be back to Rsm for all my needs now, after today I consider my new ford dealer it was very hard for me to get a new person after my last guy from lake forest passed away since he was wonderful with me for long 20 years , today I finally found you Thank you for treating me the same with makeup and whit no make up at all that tells me you are there for the service no matter who that is , It may sounds ridiculous but unfortunately most of the people is not like you Thank you again and the nice lady too I think Stephanie Thank you again
