I had to request help for the computer reset upon picking my vehicle up. Clara wasn’t there so another individual on the team had to help because the other service folks didn’t know how to handle it. I was supposed to have the car washed if it didn’t rain and I requested the vehicle to be vacuumed instead. Neither happened.

First of all, Sal is the best! I am so grateful for him every time I bring my car in. My service was basically diagnostic to determine if my problem was warranty worthy. I did add a last minute oil change when I realized the timing of this visit called for it. The parts will be in sometime over the next week - we will resume the service at that time. Also, I spoke to the finance department about extending my extended warranty - that conversation also went well.

light on. I recently paid over 800 for two codes That came up at same time. My car was running good. You did oil change, tire rotation and lug nuts paid 349 and car was given to me with check engine light on

Sal was great and the service was good and fairly quick. However, the ‘complimentary car wash’ was not acceptable. There are obvious water spots all over the truck and truck. If I had to offer a grade, it would be a C- or D+.

Miguel was communicative, prompt and professional. He called to let me know the details on my repair, my car was completed early, and he double-washed my car because of water spots. Very kind and courteous.
